In this video @Ludovic Callebaut reviews use-cases for using the Collaborate license and shows us some of the features and functionality. 

The collaborate license is free to use for GCX customers, with no limit to the number of users you can configure. It allows staff in the company to video chat, direct or group chat, manage and share documentation with each other and GCX Agents, and includes the use of the mobile and desktops apps. 

The collaborate license covers a lot of potential use-cases but a couple of the primary ones are replacing other third-party collaborative tools and allowing GCX Agents to easily contact backend/business users for assistance when handling interactions.
