In this video, Ludo discusses a new feature - Data action in rule conditions for digital campaigns

Outbound administrators can now use data actions in pre-contact rule conditions in outbound digital campaigns. For more information, see Use a digital rule to evaluate information from a data action. This feature requires one of the following subscriptions: Genesys Cloud CX 2, Genesys Cloud CX 2 Digital, Genesys Cloud CX3, or Genesys Cloud CX 3 Digital.

Thank you for reaching out. No we do not have detailed error handing in rule data action.
The "Data not found" toggle can be used to identify situations where the data action has returned nothing.

How can we determine if a data action has failed in Rule Management (when the API is failing)? Is there a way we can pull the error message?
