Hi, THX for updating that document. I would like to share two remarks:

  1. In another post of your's you mentioned the defaults for the rights settings (disabled). I would consider it worth to be added in the presentation :)
  2. I am missing the section about API endpoints. What endpoints are planned and what can they do.

Regarding #2 I was especially wondering if we can retrieve the parking state and agent through external tag/contact, e.g. in case a customer is calling. This way we could also link an inbound callback to the agent, right!?

Add email threading information.
Slide 6 & 7, Park emails in the List View are not shared by other agents.
Slide 7, List View description has been updated.
Slide 14, permissions are revised.
