  • 1.  Unable to show Accept/Reject option on WDE

    Hi Friends,

    I am facing some challenges will implementing email QA for one of my client. I am new to composer & ORS so stuck on this issue since a week.

    Issue is: Unable to see Accept/Reject option on WDE while supervisor supervising the email.
    Instead of Accept/Reject supervisor was getting the option of Sent /Interim Sent.

    Troubleshooting done:
    1. Before targeting supervisor the required attach data are passing throw workflow like QAReviewDisposition, QAReviewFlag, etc.. Checked on ORS logs
    2. Business Attribute name configured in WDE option correctly.


    Can you guys please me out figure out the issue,What needs to check further?

    Hello Sudherson,

    Is it possible that the values set for the email.auto-answer and email.auto-answer.enable-reject are causing the Accept/Reject buttons to be hidden?
