  • 1.  applying both Singe Sign On and One-Time Password authentication with Workspace

    I need to know the possibility of applying two steps authentication on Workspace using Single Sign On through Windows and then sending an OTP to the agent before the Workspace log in.
    and if it is possible, what would be the best practice to do it?

    Why not do the two factor Authentication at the OS level as they are logging in to the computer.

    It seems counter productive to then require another password when using SSO​

    The aim of SSO is itself to avoid all these.

     

    If we could have a 2-step authentication into the desktop that applies for WDE also if SSO is done. You need not have a separate customization for this which will only create more problems.
