Hi, we have a little problem. When "closing" Purecloud as in closing the browser the user remain logged in to Purecloud. For us, this cause some challenges regarding reporting. Is there a way that we can define closing the browser as a logout?

Currently there isn't a way to set this. The only way to avoid the reporting issues would be to make sure users are logging out before closing the browser.

 

I will put in an enhancement request with our product team so they can review this as a possible feature addition in the future.

Hi @George Ganahl​ do you know if there will ever be a way to force the session to end when the users are x'ing out of the browser instead of logging out of PureCloud? We are seeing many issues with this. It is so hard to break users habits!! I see this was posted in 2017.
