  • 1.  Scheduled PureCloud Reports Not Completing

    Anyone having issues with their scheduled PureCloud reports?  Users at our site are finding that their scheduled reports did not complete yesterday morning nor again this morning.  The reports run just fine when manually selected to run "Now".  No issues prior to yesterday.

    I tried a couple of scheduled reports today, and they were Unable to Complete:


    Please open a Support ticket. I'm guessing other folks may have noticed and reported it already.
