We have some inbound calls on Purecloud that are displaying with different format than standard E164 format, and when the agent try to call this number from his call history, it didn't work because it is not valid E164 number format
Now, my question is: how to apply automatic digit adaptation on Purecloud in order to change this number from national format (exp: 0123456789 to +(country-code)123456789) ?
