  • 1.  Compare the Task ani with a specific phone number

    Hello,

    I would like to know if there is any solution who use true or false method
    to compare if ANI= phone number.
    If it's True the customer is transfer to a specific queue
    If it's false go to the IVR

    I assume you're talking about the built-in variable Call.Ani.  You could do something like this: 
    ToPhoneNumber(Call.Ani) == ToPhoneNumber("+13175551234")
