Hey, Greg, I just did some experimentation. I verified that if I change my status to a "Busy" status (red ring) while on a Group call, I do not get alerted when a second call comes into the group.
As a side note, "Away" status does not prevent you from getting calls...so a "red ring" status is best. That said, Break, Meal and Training statuses do work to prevent the second call as well. Away is the only odd one that doesn't prevent a call (by design).

I've got a customer that is setting up several Group Call Enabled groups, with Sequential group ring. They are asking if we can disable or prevent the situation where if the first (or any other sequential group members) are on a call and another second call rings to them, if we can prevent it from alerting in their user interface. Right now I think that user is just going to have to ignore the second incoming call. Can the Group Ring Sequential "skip" to the next users if a previous sequence user is in a Busy condition?
