These are references to the network SIP response codes. The system wrap up code would be designed to interpret the response look under System Disposition on the report, most likely it will begin with ININ-OUTBOUND. Using the below link look up the code for SIP to get an understanding as to why the Disposition returned such a result.
500 Server Internal Error - The server could not fulfill the request due to some unexpected condition
480 Temporarily Unavailable - Callee currently unavailable
408 Request Timeout - Couldn't find the user in time. The server could not produce a response within a suitable amount of time, for example, if it could not determine the location of the user in time. The client MAY repeat the request without modifications at any later time
