    Hello,
    Please, somebody can help me
    In this report, the column Conclusion (wrap up), in some interactions,show :
    SIP: [500]
    SIP: [480]
    SIP: [408]
    What´s meaning?

    These are references to the network SIP response codes. The system wrap up code would be designed to interpret the response look under System Disposition on the report, most likely it will begin with ININ-OUTBOUND. Using the below link look up the code for SIP to get an understanding as to why the Disposition returned such a result.

    500 Server Internal Error - The server could not fulfill the request due to some unexpected condition
    480 Temporarily Unavailable - Callee currently unavailable
    408 Request Timeout - Couldn't find the user in time. The server could not produce a response within a suitable amount of time, for example, if it could not determine the location of the user in time. The client MAY repeat the request without modifications at any later time

    This is some new? because before, I did not see this SIP responses in a dialer report.

    The Dialer Campaign Detailed Attempt History report was released in January and will replace the Outbound Campaign: Detailed Attempt History report (being deprecated end of this month).   The new report provides much more insight and granularity into the outbound campaigns.  More information in the link below.

    But the wrap up column present the wrap ups entered by the agents, for this reason I do not understad why the Sip responses codes  are in this column, when the correct should be in System Disposition column
