I'm trying to configure similar case than below scenario in Purecloud for that call be found in https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/register-domain-redirect-inbound-messages/.
I'm having a trouble setting From Email Address and Email Address addressed with customer domain, not subdomain. I always end up in a dead end, because address must be configured in Purecloud. I don't want to configure the customer domain in Purecloud as it will then forward all customer domain email to purecloud via DNS.
I've found two sections where to set this up.
-Contact Center > Queues > Email > Outbound Email Address
-Contact Center > Email > Edit Addresses > Edit
I would need the customers to see:
- from email address – asiakaspalvelu@ainaip.net instead of asiakapalvelu@purecloud.ainaip.net
What am I missing?
