    One of our customers is asking to have specific reports showing:

    Total calls released by customer & Total calls released by agents

    Detailed report (filtered by specific date/time range) for calls released by customers & calls released by Agents.

    Is there anything available about this on PureCloud?

    Hi Jorge

    I dont see any report that contain the information you request, but the inforrmation is definitely there. I have attached some screenshots showing the data. You can extract the data through the API using /api/v2/analytics/queues/observations/query. There is a dimension in there called disconnectType that should give you the information your client is looking for.
