    Good Morning,

    I wonder if there is a possibility of integration with a third party, to do STT on a conversation.

    For example in pure connect it was possible to create a custom handler to do ASR or TTS in conversation.
    Is there any possibility with the API?

    We're adding the ability to use a 3rd party for TTS right now.  For ASR, you can use Amazon Lex, see https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/call-lex-bot-action/
