    Note that the "Unified Messaging Integration With Interaction Center Technical Reference" states: Interaction Center supports third-party solutions for unified messaging, such as Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. Does this change with Exchange 2010? Thanks Colin

    Colin you can use Exchange 2010 as the voicemail platform for IC - check testlab.inin.com for the latest info. I am using Exchange 2010 in our mobile classroom environment. See you soon!

    Colin, I believe you are referring to integrating CIC with the Unified Messaging role in Exchange. That should also work with Exchange 2010 the same way it does with Exchange 2007, but I don't know if or how well that has been tested.
