The agent has the opportunity to add the view "call history" to his Desktop. Accoding to the help the limit can be configured by the CIC Administrator: "By default, call history information is retained for three (3) days or 300 calls, whichever comes first, per user. The amount of call history data stored per user depends on [...] how it is configured by the CIC administrator."
But in CIC Administrator I havn't found any options for this.
Can anyone give me a hint where the Retention settings are hidden?
