Is there a possibility to customize Tracker so that all interactions are automatically tracked for identified customers?
Or when it is a call and the caller is not yet identified inside the organization then all calls coming from the same ANI will be shown to agent next time the calls comes from this phone number?
What are the possibilities to automatically track web-chats for authenticated customers and add the interactions to the Related Items view?
What are the PureConnect product team's plans to provide Tracker view to Interaction Connect?
Did you see how Contacts TAB in PureEngage Agent Workspace works? Will PureConnect receive similar functionality?
