I believe you can do this with a custom screen pop but the exact settings have been lost to me. Otherwise I think the old ININ PSO group had a custom offering to do this. Maybe I'm mixing things up and the only reason the custom screen pop worked was because we used the ININ PSO product?

How can you easy screenpop to chrome. I know you can this with DDE but you cannot use this in the IVR ? The default browser always stays because we have multiple browsers installed.
