    Hello Everyone,

    I just would like to make sure that when I create a new role with the same license limit I have, this will not cost the organization.
    Since the customer want to have agents who can only have inbound calls with outbound calls.

    Hello Ali, 

    Creating new roles are free. You will get charged for the highest licence applied to a user that logs in for that month. 
    For instance, if you added PureCloud 3 licence to the new role, then it will be charged accordingly if a person assigned that role logs in during the billing cycle.
