We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Product Ideas Lab for our PureConnect Customers. This new community has replaced ideas.inin.com and will provide you with an improved experience that continues to focus on crowdsourcing Ideas, encouraging dialogue and building community. Our goal is to truly incorporate the voice-of-our-customers into the conversation and process that drives product development.
Why are we changing platforms?
We are standardizing our ideas processes within a new platform that aligns PureCloud, PureConnect, and PureEngage. This new platform allows us to emphasize communication and provides stronger integration to our internal systems, through which we can empower our Product Management teams to interact with you in a more consistent and decisive manner.
Bright Ideas is no longer active.
The Bright Ideas portal was deactivated on April 30th. Ideas with 10+ unique customer votes have been imported into the new portal. This was done so that our Product Managers can focus on the engaging ideas with the biggest priorities raised within the Lab. While the Bright Ideas is no longer active, we have saved an export of the ideas in case the data from the site is ever needed.
