As per the earlier communications shared by Genesys, PureConnect certifications offered by ININ are no longer perpetual/lifetime. They are valid for three years from the date of certification. We had notified our partners and customers to recertify by March 31, 2020. However, due to the impact of COVID-19, some of our users are unable to recertify within this date. As a gesture of goodwill, we'd like to give our partners and customers a one-time extension until June 30, 2020. Please recertify before this date.
