Sam is another of our long-term instructors with over 20 years of experience! He is very multi-skilled and teaches classes covering Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage, AND PureConnect. Even though he teaches all the platforms, Genesys Cloud is his favorite due to the nature of the product and how much it changes. There is something different almost every day. "As the software changes, we learn new things and make the class more interesting!"

Sam's favorite vacation was to Japan because the country is safe, and the food is excellent. It's also not too pricey if you are not going for fancy stuff.

Sam is currently teaching classes from Australia, near Sydney, and says this: "This place is safe, or relatively safer than other places I have lived. Fresh air, less traffic jams!" I know Australia is already on my list of places to see!
