Brian Brown is our featured Instructor of the Month for October!
Brian has been with Genesys for almost 3 years and has been training for the last 8 years. He was previously employed for 5 years with Interactive Intelligence which Genesys acquired. Brian did a lot of traveling for the department prior to the pandemic. He currently holds a VISA to travel to Saudi Arabia for training. He also travels to the UK, Germany & Dubai to deliver training.
Brian currently teaches Pure Connect, Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage classes. His specialization is WFM. His favorite class to teach is Architect/WFM. Although this is his favorite, he teaches many different ones. Below is a list of all the courses he actively teaches:
Pure Connect: Admin, Call Flows, Dialer, Optimizer, Config & support, ICCE, ICCS
Genesys Cloud: Admin, Implementation, Reporting & Analytics, WFM, Quality management, Architect, Certification prep
Genesys Engage: WFM(WIP)
Brian's favorite vacation spot is Las Vegas because he loves to gamble! He currently lives and teaches out of California in the US. He is very partial to the weather in California because it allows for many outdoor activities that he enjoys doing.
