Hi Markus,
Happy to provide more insight. When we originally launched the Genesys Idea Labs, we used a hard vote count as a trigger for Product Management review. Since then, we've made some modifications for how we triage ideas. While we still use a vote count, the limit/review threshold has become more flexible depending on the product and our ability to implement the proposed idea in a timely manner. The source of the votes is also something we look at. In addition to the total number of votes, we also look at how many unique customers have voted on an idea.
It is also worth noting that our Community and Product Managers monitor the Ideas Labs daily for new and popular ideas. It's possible for ideas to be evaluated or responded to well before any vote threshold.

Hi Matthew, this infographic explains a lot. There are many ideas on the first level "Community Review". They have not reached the vote threshold.
Could you share more insight into this limit? How many votes are required? Is it just about the number of yotes or are there further requirements?

Hi George! Thanks for the question. Once you submit or vote on an Idea, you will receive an email every time the status of the idea changes. One of the statuses we use is "In Development" so that is the one you want to watch out for. The attached infographic explains a bit more about some of the other statuses you may see associated with an Idea.
Roadmap and timeline information can be found on the Genesys Knowledge Network.

How do I know when an enhancement I have voted on is actually getting worked on, and roadmap/timeline for its release?
