  • 1.  EMEA Agents call are storing at US West.

    Our Deplyement  is on multiple regions PureEngage Cloud ..
    We have EMEA, APAC US E/US W.
    EMEA Agents call are storing at US  Spechminer - why is this happning not sure can some one put some more light ..

    If i am not wrong - If the agents are on EMEA Region there recording call should be also in EMEA

    Have you checked their recording hierarchy on the agent set up side?

    They may have been created with the wrong template.

    If you are looking at the metadata, that would be more related to which DNIS is routed to which data center, which depending on how your lines are set up would either need the MPLS provider or care to adjust.
