GU is excited to announce the availability of the CX Contact (CXC) 9.0 eLibrary course!
Genesys CX Contact (CXC) is our new outbound product built on a microservices architecture and deployed using containers, which allows for a cross-platform application for users of PureEngage and PureEngageCloud.
To support this new product, we are introducing the following eLearning course that contains sections for both Business and Technical users:
- CXC Foundation: Upon completion of this section, students will have a high-level, technical and functional understanding of the Genesys CX Contact technology. It includes an introduction to the CXC architecture as well as important concepts and terminology.
- CXC Usage: Upon completion of this section, students will have a high-level technical and functional understanding of provisioning, operating, and monitoring CXC campaigns.
