We did this by adding all softphone options to an agent group.
Then the DN is not <g class="gr_ gr_50 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="50" data-gr-id="50">hard coded</g> in the config file.
Just start the softphone, then log in the agent desktop.
