  • 1.  Agent Desktop Cannot able to login using Tenant

    Hello Everyone,

    I hope you are all doing well. In Genesys Engage Cloud Agent Desktop asking Username and Password during the login in the past days. But now asking Tenant during the login. In that field I have entered Tenant Name "Environment" and clicked next after that got error like Enter a tenant (usually a company name) or check the username. I have entered correct tenant name then Why I got that error?  What is the input for that Tenant field to login? Where can I find company name?. Kindly help me to login Agent Desktop with tenant. FYR, I have attached Screen Shots.

    Hi Shenbaga,

    The tenant name is usually your company name. "Environment" is not a valid tenant name. Did you try entering "Pointel"? The administrator for your Genesys environment should be able to provide you with your correct tenant name. If not, have your administrator reach out to Genesys Customer Care.

    Hello Shenbaga,

    The new "Tenant" field needs your tenant's short name
    ​, which is typically the first portion of your Genesys Hub URL, like https://shortname.genesyscloud.com.  Note that this field only needs to be populated if you are not using a Username in an email format, with the email's domain registered on your platform.  Please contact Customer Care if you have any difficulties.
