Hi,

We were using Gplus adapter 8.0 for Siebel 8.1.1.10 High interactivity(HI) client and it was working fine. However when we recently switched on Open UI on Siebel 8.1.1.10 CTI toolbar stopped working. we ahev below questions:

1. Is this a known issue with Open UI?

2. What is the correct Gplus adapter version to be used with Siebel 8.1.1.10 open UI

3. The latest Gplus adapter is 8.5. Will this work fine on Siebel 8.1.1.10 HI and Open UI?

4. Will old Active X CTI tool bar work fine on Open UI and if not does genesys provides CTI toolbar for Siebel 8.1.1.10?

Hi Sumit,
 
Siebel with Open UI and HI supports Gplus Adapters beginning from 8.1.1.11 release. This support was also added in Gplus Adapter for Siebel CRM Voice Component 8.0.110.03.
You should upgrade Siebel to at least 8.1.1.11 and Gplus Adapter to 8.0.110.x. I recommend you upgrading Gplus Adapter to the latest release.

Thanks Andrew. Really helpful. By any chance do you know latest Gplus adapter version for Siebel? Last version I know is 8.0.200. However it seems genesys has rolled out  voice platform v8.5 but is it related to Siebel?

The latest version of GPlus Adapter for Siebel is 8.0.200. The version of GPlus Adapter is not related to other Genesys applications.

Thanks Andrew. Do you know if 8.0.200 is also compatible with IP2015? I can only find Siebel supported versions upto IP2014 in the genesys documentation. Since we are planning to upgrade to IP2015 this information is crucial for us.
