  • 1.  Composer reporting Action block not initating ivr_action_start.

    Hi,
    We've developped a voice application using Composer 8.1, and in all the module and submodules we use Action blocks for reporting.
    Problem is in MCP logfiles we see the blocks being executed however they do not generate the ivr_action_start with the actionid, and in turn no reporting is available for the actions in reporting server.
    Does anybody know what we're missing?

    Au temps pour moi ...
    The solution was easy.
    In the project, on each module, in the "Entry" block, the value of the system variable "EnableReports" needs to be change from default value "false" to "true".
    After which on each reporting block the ivr_action_start will be initiated and in turn Reporting Server will be able to report on action activity.

    Where did you set this exactly, we can't seem to change the global variable

    you have 2 ways to do this, using assign block after the entry of each callflow, or you can right click on the flow and open it with text editor instead of callflow editor and search for the enable report variable and change its value to true​
