Routing Debugging in Composer takes two times running to pickup changes

    I am using Composer 8.1.520.10 and am debugging a routing application.  I found that after I make a change in the workflow, save, validate, and generate it, that it takes running through the debugger twice all the way in to the subdialog where I made the change, for the change to be picked up.  Has anyone else ran into this issue and if so how did you fix it?
