I'd appreciate some clarity on the licensing requirements for the Genesys Siebel adapter?
We are currently support a client that are licensed for the following:
FEATURE v8.0 - Gplus Adapter for Siebel CRM = 120
FEATURE v8.0 - Genesys Inbound Voice = 120
FEATURE v8.0 - Gplus Siebel E-mail Option = 80
FEATURE ics_multi_media_agent_seat = 195
FEATURE ics_email_webform_channel = 100
FEATURE router_seats =120
I'm slightly confused around their theoretical max number of agents that can login to both email and voice at the same time through the Siebel toolbar. From the above I make the assumption that they can have max 100 "email and voice" agents logged in and an additional 20 "voice only" agents logged in at any given point in time?
Assumption (logged in via Siebel Toolbar):
Voice + Email = 100 agents
Voice only = 20 agents
