    Hi,

    Where can we find the cause of Agent shows as UNKNOWN for their first and last name in Speechminer Report.

    I have had issues in the past where the "Login ID" associated with the agent had to match the employee ID to get things showing. Not sure if it was specifically this issue though.

    ​Hi Obaid,

    Can you open .Json file from MCP directory and check if agent details are updated, if not then would suggest you to have look over recording profile, which all parameters you have enabled.

    Hi Obaid,

    Is this happening for all agents or just one or two in particular?  Do you know which ones?
    Have you looked at the RPS logs to see if there are any errors occurring when the interactions are being processed?

    Hi Obaid.
    I had a similar problem, but only for outbound calls. I fixed it by disabling the trunk recording.

    Assuming ICON is used, where RPS reads first and last name from ICON
    The UNKOWN comes from ICON, which resides in its database

    To resolve this issue see ICON options which should be enabled
    •  [callconcentrator] cfg-auto-resync = 1
    •  [callconcentrator] start-cfg-sync = 1
