How to remove interaction duration for Email media type from interaction bar in WDE

  • 1.  How to remove interaction duration for Email media type from interaction bar in WDE

    I am looking for a workaround from which we can remove/hide the interaction duration from the interaction bar when an email interaction is opened in WDE. Is it doable by any configurations? or any other way?
