CCPulse+ is unable to establish a connection to Stat Server. Operation timed out.

    Team,
    We tried to open the existing workspace in the ccpulse with selecting the particular statserver,But it shows the following error message.
    Operation timed out error.
    Can you please provide your valuable suggestion in this concern.
    And whether can we configure SSResponse TimeOut option in the CCPulse application configuration,
    under connection option. in the ccpulse application option
    SSResponseTimeout.
    DefaultValue-10
     We will try this option ...
    Hereby i request you to please provide your valuable suggestion in solving this issue.
