  • 1.  New UI for WFM Scheduling

    Hi!

    Where can I find any information about updating whole WFM Web for Supervisors to new UI. Currently I can use only Forecasting in new UI. My client is concerned about maintaining old version of JRE to be able to use Calendar and Scheduling.

    This concerns WFM on-premise, version 8.5

    I'll be grateful for any updates

    Hi Karolina; The Forecast UI is the only module that is new at the moment. All other modules (Schedules, Calendar, Reports, etc) are still in the Classic UI only and can be used with the latest Forecast UI with a bit of a workaround. Note that the new UI is only supported in Chrome and FireFox, where the Classic UI is only supported in Internet Explorer.

    Hi Mary,

    Thank You for your answer. I am aware of current state of WFM, that new UI is available only for Forecasting. My question is if there are any plans to upgrading UI for the rest of WFM functionalities. I coundn't find anything in latest RoadMap.

    Hi Karolina,

    We currently do not have plans to re-write the rest of the WFM Engage UI at this time.  Please stay tuned for announcements later this year around other options.
