  • 1.  DBServer is not connecting to database

    Team,
     For your kind information, we have set up the db server,. And we faced some issues. And we will describe below,

    After configured and installed the db server, we start the dbserver in the services.  It gets started.
    And also we configured the DAP with the database details.
    But we found the following error in the db server logs.
    Stopped
    Could not connect to the sqlserver using sql native client driver.
    SQLServer Driver dailog failed.
    MSG_Error_Status=dbnot opened msg=MirosoftODBC SQL Driver dialog failed.

    But the SQL Server is connecting in another application, But through dbserver and dap it is not connecting.

    Hereby i request you to please provide your valuable suggestions for solving the concern.

    Looking forward for your helpful reply.

    Check if the host where you have installed Genesys DB application has ODBC SQL driver installed?
