We are using Genesys T-Server v81 with Avaya CM.
I want to play a ringback treatment in routing strategy (timeout variable but could be 30 seconds) in IRD but when the call passes the block with the treatment it does play.
What configuration is required, Genesys or Avaya, to achieve this?
We do have other busy treatments that work where the treatment type is 'IVR' and the treatment is a route point, switch type=2 but this is followed by a Pause treatment but did not think this was needed for the ringback.
Maybe the ringback can only be set up as a route point/Avaya vdn and I use IVR treatment type with timeout variable to control the length.
