chat widget extension code

    I am using Genesys chat widget and trying to capture the chat attributes like First name, last name, email address and subject and route the interaction to skilled agent. I tried using extensions following this link https://www.google.com/url?q=https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/PSAAS/Public/Administrator/GWCBusExtensions&sa=D&source=hangouts&ust=1565324614781000&usg=AFQjCNF9NHrKvzLNTpi8FkDF7559SbBWmw
    However I am getting an error.Can anyone please help understand implemention of extension on chat widget
