    Hello Community Members,​

    In February,  we launched native gamification within Genesys Cloud, enabling agents / supervisors to visualize performance within an engaging and motivating experience. Today, we are happy to announce another important enhancement to Gamification. 

    You can now customize two key aspects within gamification:

    • Configure reporting intervals for scorecard trend views.
    • Configure leaderboard rank limit. This determines maximum ranks that are displayed in agent's leaderboard view.
