    The Sponsor User Program takes a collaborative approach to designing Genesys experiences. Participation in this program will put your company side-by-side with the Genesys UX Design team, engaging in various research and design thinking activities to help embed empathy into products and services and shape the future of Genesys.

    How your company can be rewarded
    For each study they complete, individuals within your company (also known as Sponsor Users) will receive Genesys Customer Advocacy Program (GCAP) member points. Sponsor Users can redeem points for gift cards, GCAP-branded merchandise, Beyond courses, and free passes to our annual customer events. GCAP is available to all Genesys customers; check it out and sign-up here.
