    Hello,

    I'm using WFM in Genesys Cloud and I'm looking an easy way to take in consideration my public holyday. (especially when people are located in different countries with specific bank holyday)
    I have seen this idea https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=holiday&project=CLWFO,
    But looking the description, the idea is most centered on forecast part than the schedule part.
    Is there any tips or something in progress on this topic?
    My goal is to avoid to modify manually the schedules for a specific public holiday or use the time off request menu.
