    As an agent, you can open any attachments or view inline images when you are working on an interactions.

     

    From a quality management perspective, you can also view any attachments or inline images when you navigate to Performance > Interactions > specific interaction.

     

    Is there a particular issue you are seeing? If you're unable to view these attachments I would advice to open up a support ticket.
