    Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing an issue with their interactions not all appearing??

    We seem to have this issue every so often, as we use the outbound dialer and assign wrap up codes for our sales we can normally double check our figures against our stats but for some reason today the recurring issue has appeared where the contact lists show the correct amount of wrap up codes but the interactions show a quarter of the results. Spoke to support but was told to raise a ticket which I am awaiting a response.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Purecloud Community. I have not seen that particular issue before but I would be glad to look into it for you further. Can you provide me with the ticket number so I can track down where that is at and why you haven't received a response yet?
