There are some instances where we cannot respond to an email until the next day as research is required. Is there a way to suspend work on an email or schedule future follow-up?

    Unfortunately, this is not a supported feature. Please submit a feature request to the Customer Care Team for consideration for future feature prioritization.

    We have also expressed and interest in a similar feature. As well as the option to stop the SLA timer for email outside of opening hours.?
