  • 1.  Time Off Requests Not Updating in Schedules

    Hi

    I noticed that any approved time off through the 'time off requests' module isn't being automatically updated in the agents schedule. Is this by design or am I missing a step?

    Update: I just realised this only occurs if the roster has already been generated. Is there any way around this?

    Note: Any time-off request notes edits to already synchronized time-off requests are not picked up automatically. Administrators have to run a re-schedule in order to synchronize the latest notes changes to the time-off request activity on the schedule editor.

    Hi Peter. Have you noticed the Show Time Off Request Differences icon that shows up on the schedule view after a time off request is approved? This popup window will allow you to sync your agent's schedule with their time off requests. See this article for details:
