What happened to the feature, in chat, of being able to see if another agent is typing in our group chat? It was very helpful to see if someone else is working on the chat.

    Hi, Bryan,

     

    This appears to be a bug. We are actively testing solutions for a fix. I feel the same way, especially in a group chat, so you can see if someone else was actively working to respond to an inquiry.
