As a callcenter with different clients, are there any plans to implement roles/permissions so a supervisor is only supervisor/admin for his/hers client?
Trying to set this up with permissions on a need-to-know basis.
One of your leading competitors do this quite elegantly where a campaign has to belong to a client, and when you set a user to be a team-leader/supervisor/account manager/admin, they only are that for their own clients.
Also good for the ease of grouping queues and campaigns together to have a better overview.
