  • 1.  Supervisor role/permission for only some clients

    As a callcenter with different clients, are there any plans to implement roles/permissions so a supervisor is only supervisor/admin for his/hers client?

     

    Trying to set this up with permissions on a need-to-know basis.

    One of your leading competitors do this quite elegantly where a campaign has to belong to a client, and when you set a user to be a team-leader/supervisor/account manager/admin, they only are that for their own clients.

     

    Also good for the ease of grouping queues and campaigns together to have a better overview.

    Thanks for the feedback! This is something we are actively working on currently and it is very much inline with what you mentioned - we are in the beginning stages of the process and we can keep you updated once we have more concrete timelines. If there was an opportunity, would you be interested in providing feedback on what we are planning on delivering?
