On an auto answer is there a way to configure a short queue announcement after the alert tone?
Example: BEEP > "Customer Service" > Connects Call
You mean like a whispher message before the call is connected to agents?
That feature is not yet in PureCloud, nor actively being worked on. I added a note to the SCR that you are interested in it, @Shawn Satterfield? , so Product Management and Development know there is current customer interest.
