Screen-Pop during active call

    Is it possible to set a screen-pop to an active call in a specific queue after a certain amount of time?

     

    Let's say I want my technical advisors to get a pop-up after spending 20 minutes in a call with a customer with reminders/tips on how to be more effective and what they try to do from that point on.
